Our world changed in 2014 when we had our first litter of puppies. We started with one Samoyed, and what started as a hobby has become our full-time job. We are intrigued with all the details of the parent’s health, their environment, their diet, training, and so much more. We are fascinated with genetics and how dogs respond to their environment and trainers. My husband is a computer software developer at a steel manufacturing company. He takes care of feeding and keeping the puppies’ living area clean and dry. He also gets the credit for developing this website and taking care of the maintenance. (I get to do a little editing!) I was employed as a surgery and outpatient registered nurse for several years, but have decided to keep our focus on the dogs (and be the family manager and master scheduler!). I take care of vaccinating the puppies, record keeping, and am in charge of finding nice homes for our puppies. I also do the blood draws for the progesterone checks on our mamas and do the ultrasounds to confirm pregnancies (this is so intriguing!). Our kids are pretty involved with helping us with picture taking and all the little extras. Our kids have been involved with dog training in 4-H. We all enjoy spending time outside with the puppies in our backyard, letting them run and discover the great wide world. Our puppies are well-socialized from birth.

We now have Puppies at 4 locations. Since 2016, we’ve added business partners who share in the love of all our Samoyed breeds. Their duties include taking care of the parents and puppies at their location from birth until they go to their new homes. I take care of the marketing for these puppies. By partnering with them, we still take pride in being a small breeder but now we get to share some of the responsibilities of raising healthy intelligent puppies. We take pride in our clean and high-end “Love Samoyeds Yuanha” facilities. We share the same values of quality breeding and providing excellent living conditions to our parents and their puppies. We as breeders, try to ensure our puppies have a great start on being more adaptable to all the situations they will encounter in life, and provide Early Neurological Stimulation for our puppies.
